Booking A Show At Sly Grog

It takes time for Theo to get back to people due to the high volume of inquiries so please be patient.

Please don’t call the bar.

  • Specify the dates or date ranges you are looking for.
  • Describe your music or group.
  • It is helpful if you put together other acts to play with you, this helps in our ability to fill a night.
  • Include links to Fb page, Youtube, Soundcloud etc.

If We Book You;

If you have a Facebook PAGE, NOT your personal FB account, then you can make an event page but please ad us as co-hosts. (FB doesn’t allow individuals to send a co-hosting request for an event)  If you don’t have an official FB PAGE, we will make the event page for you, please send us all pertinent information:

  1. A picture, poster and banner
  2. Start Time
  3. Order of acts if you know it.
  4. Cover Charge, Donation, Free
  5. A description of each act, genre, musical style, history, bios etc. The more you tell us the more we can promote the show with you!

We will advertise in Eventbrite, The Mountain Xpress, Asheville FM and we will put up your poster at Sly Grog.

It is your responsibility to also promote your show!  Put up fliers, share on FB.  Contact local papers, do interviews on the radio etc.
